Who is responsible for your information?

I am Mahtab Ur Rahman, a sole operator based in Pakistan. You can reach me at mahtabdevv@gmail.com for anything about your information.

What information do I collect?

  • Contact form: your name, email address, website, city and message.
  • Email and WhatsApp: whatever you send me, plus your address or number.
  • Free AI Visibility Check: the trade, city and optional business name you type. I do not ask for your name or email.
  • Technical data: your connection (IP) address, used briefly to limit how often one person can run the free check, and basic logs kept by my hosting provider.

Does this site use cookies or analytics?

At the time of writing, this site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, I will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Why do I use your information?

For visitors in the UK and EU, my legal bases are your request to be contacted, and my legitimate interest in running and protecting a small business site.

  • To reply to your message and to discuss work with you.
  • To run the free check and show you its result.
  • To keep the site secure and stop misuse.

Who else handles your information?

These providers can process data in other countries, including outside the UK and EU.

  • Cloudflare hosts this site and its forms.
  • Google receives the trade, city and business name you type into the free check, through its Places and Gemini services, to produce the result.
  • An email delivery service sends contact form messages to my inbox, once it is enabled.
  • WhatsApp and your email provider handle messages you send them.

How long do I keep it?

I keep enquiries for as long as I need them to reply and to keep business records. Free check results are kept for 24 hours, and rate limit counters for about an hour.

What are your rights?

You can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email mahtabdevv@gmail.com and I will respond. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not aimed at children.
